This apartment consists of two to a room apartments in East Village Coop overlooking Tompkins Square Park. It is designed by Joel Sanders in an integrated modern style furniture with multi-purpose and mood lighting as a flexible loft environment for living, working and entertainment. These three areas have their own distinctive features like a built sofa to relax and watch the media, and a work surface for working and dining. The island of the kitchen and bathroom with a shower and a soaking tube are covered with black granite. The master bedroom and the living room features two LED mood lighting that could easily change color and be programmed. Joel Sanders {}
