before photo gallery Coil + Drift, a design studio based in New York, made debut their latest furniture collection at ICFF. Best known for their streamlined designs and bold shapes, the small but powerful collection features brass, marble and white oak.
The collection includes inspiration from all eras of design, be it a meridian decidedly Scandinavian style with a modern oval mirror with a heavy, 70 influence. They also extended their collection of twilight tables with a side table Twilight, sister of their popular Dusk coffee table.
fascination with John Sorensen-Jolink with arcs, lines and detailed stitching is evident in the collection. As a designer and owner of the studio, he believes that furniture should emphasize sustainability and craftsmanship. Whether a floor lamp or cinnamon elegant Ash chair, each piece is both an artistic decor and functional furniture at a time.
