Sunflower House Seafront With the geometric design
Cadaval & Solà-Morales has designed a house overlooking the Mediterranean Sea Girona, Spain, and called the sunflower house. The house borders a multiplicity of different and unique perspectives, and builds content spaces that inhabit large large framed views. It got the name because of a large solar collector, a mechanism to bring light and heat in the house - like a giant sunflower. The design of the interior is modern, elegant, laconic and focused on the views of the sea. The strength of the project lies in its geometry. Meanwhile, all materials used in construction are typical of the region, from structure to external finishes in walls.
