Concrete house partially covered with larch Shingles
House K by Titus Bernhard is an interesting example of the house on a steep slope in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. It is located about 50km south of Munich in the Bavarian Alps so the scenery is very beautiful and quiet. There are no large cities in the region, but there is a lake that offers a view of the house. The house is built of concrete partially covered with larch shingles. Local materials have been mainly used in the design of an interior. It becomes natural and comfortable - an owner may need in such an amazing place. Although the site has not been very good for the building, the architects managed to make enough big house.
