Chalet in the Alps with unusual geometric lines
Chalet Beranger is a chalet of three floors amazing by designer Noé Duchaufour Lawrance in the French Alps. This is an impressive minimalist space, it includes the classic principles of a traditional chalet but given a modern way away from the traditional geometry. Resolutely modern and fluid, the result is a set of lines and organic shapes composed around a wooden ribbon. A large main room is situated above the whole construction, defining the focus of the chalet where the family gathers around a warm fireplace. Desks, chairs and other items by the same designer are placed around each room alongside other designer pieces. Wall and floors of two stones tree and Vals surround a jacuzzi on the first floor, while the concrete floors can be found in the rooms elsewhere. The space is very unusual, minimalist and surreal, he is a new view of how a chalet should look like.
