Naremburn House That Shifts Volumes And Geometries
Naremburn House was designed by Bijl Architecture in Sydney, Australia. To account for the design, they used shifting volumes and geometries result in a variety of irregularities. Customers wanted a light interior, entirely unique rooms (not one of those squares), and a place to "live long". With irregular landscape the site, they incorporated subtle changes of level and forms of Dutch gable and roof catslide updated, which helped keep the beautiful façade and compact. At the rear, a patio and a swimming pool just lay next to the living room which opens through doors and floor to ceiling windows. volume changing the heights allowed for open plan living and unique angles on the inside.
