Minimalist concrete Casa Branca in the tropics
Sao Paulo-based studio MK27 architectural firm designed 'Casa Branca " a concrete retreat inspired by the Brazilian modernism. To withstand tropical climatic extremes of the region, the minimum two-storey structure was created with a combination of wood, concrete and white aluminum. To ensure air ventilation throughout the building, the architects decided to install sliding doors with wooden slats. pools and outdoor pools are the focal points, and their minimalist design with blue and turquoise colors continuous simple interior decoration. In addition, the design of the house has a terrace large garden and large glass panels from floor to ceiling for a special indoor-outdoor experience.
