Small wooden house with intelligent design and mountains
The small wooden house in Bavaria, Germany, was recently completed by Arnhard & Eck. The wooden house is just 13 feet wide; kitchen areas, dining room, living room and bedroom are open and connected by stairs. The walls, ceiling and roof are made of solid wood. The decor is modern, in dark colors and with several bold touches. A space has been created especially for listening to music, watching movies, reading and enjoying the mountain views. The large windows give Spitzstein, a neighboring mountain; a wood stove radiates warmth and comfort. The kitchen and dining area can be expanded in the garden during the warmer months by opening the doors in the two terraces in free suspension.
