Roof Top Loft Design in Berlin - Loft Gleimstrasse by REGISTRY
Loft Gleimstrasse is the piece transformed a typical 19th nineteenth century building in "cocoon unfolded to an open mind." Most rooms like kitchen, living room and bedroom are designed with openness in mind while storage areas, beds, sofas, cupboards and stairs are hidden in a building sculptural wall. The kitchen is carved from a single block and is the heart of the attic. All surfaces in the kitchen, including furniture, walls, floor and ceiling, and all core surfaces are coated with a high quality concrete coating. All other surfaces are made with sophisticated technology plasterboard. folding windows and doors are used on the north and south facades that can be fully opened to expand the space with two 13-meter balconies. The entire loft-inspired design is the balance between the gallery and studio. [GRAFT]
