Monochrome Duplex With Complex Geometry Interior
This monochrome duplex apartment of 280m² with a large terrace is designed by paris-based Pascal Grasso Architectures architecture workshop. It is located in the center of Paris and has a rather complex geometry of walls. There are many boxes of plaster on the walls and floors. Some of them are simply decorative elements while others hide functions such as lighting, air conditioning, sound system and ventilation. Even some furniture items consist of those boxes. Thank you to them the living space seems dynamic and very unusual. The lighting system, hidden behind the boxes, provides diffuse, indirect light and scalable.
