Mid-Century House who still has a modern design and features a stunning courtyard
This house in the middle the century is originally designed in 1964 by Theodore Berman. Of course, nowadays, it has been renovated a bit and in the result, it still has modern look both inside and out. Two elements that distinguish this home of many others are a beautiful inner courtyard and an amazing tiki bar. The court is located in the lobby, but there are several quite high trees that could be seen on the second floor too. The tiki bar is located downstairs and is open to hit-tiled pool triangular. It has teak stools, tiki figures attached to the padded bar, teak and some other decoration items. There is also a large wine cellar under the house that holds about 1500 bottles.
