This 95 square meter flat is designed by the architecture and French design studio School. It faces the Saint-Gervais church on one side and the Paris City Hall on the other. All the top two floors of a 18th century building are occupied by it. Of course, the apartment is a restoration of the space to be adapted to a contemporary lifestyle. The first floor into a large open space where the entry, living room and kitchen form of a single continuity. The space B which consists of a bedroom and a bathroom is also located on this floor. A spiral steel amazing connects the living room to the private area of the owner under the roof. Although the apartment has a minimalist decor in black and white, there is a touch of Oldness through georgeous fireplace and natural wood floors
