Sunrise Residence by Stephen Jolson is a renovated factory in the beautiful house and combined with practical studio work. Working in this large space is the dream for many people and Stephen manage to implement it in his house. The factory is located in Grattan Community Gardens in Melbourne is surrounded by a green environment. The house is spread over two floors connected by a suspended steel staircase, designed as a flexible strip that traces a path with integrated lighting. The kitchen, living room, playroom and laundry on the first floor. The second level is the master bedroom with private bathroom and wardrobe walk-in, children room, storage room, bathroom and fitness room.
