Located in the mountainside in a suburb of Los Angeles, town house has become the dream of a bachelor with its modern and comfortable atmosphere. The owner knew he gravitated towards a modern and minimalist aesthetic, but could not understand exactly what he wanted. Working with SHIALICE allowed him to explore both modern and mid-century, it works could appreciate over time and recognize the investment value of purchasing authentic work. Spread over two floors, the 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom build comes with accessories and the most inexpensive and the owner bought finishes knowing he would customize all the space a once he was the owner.
