Marcio Kogan is the designer of Brazil that create nice modern house designs in the minimalist and natural style. This house in Laranjeiras neighborhood located in the southern area of Rio de Janeiro, is one of his last works, which combines the two styles in a beach house. Ultra wide openings and imperceptibly transition between inside and outside that are comfortable. Minimalism softened by wooden surfaces and stone walls make the design of the modern home but not cold. 6 bedrooms with balconies are located on the second floor creating great places to rest and shooting up.
