House Inclined Inspired By The Mountain by Nunatak Architects
This unique home in Switzerland was inspired by the mountain overlooking the site north. Material, shape and color were the only source of design inspiration. The house is located a block tilted towards the ground. The roof overflow sides mimic the eastern and western flanks of the mountain. Even if part of the house is wood, it is painted in gray color which is very similar to the color of natural stone. Color is the thing that contrasts to surround most vineyards. The interior is done in a very simple style but natural. Some walls are made of stone almost believed that in addition to wood inserts create comfortable environment. The house is designed by Nunatak Architectes.
