Lighthouse Kensington, located in Melbourne, Australia, on a strip of 0 m² of land. The house has two sunshells connected around a courtyard with a wooden rectangular volume lined the entire length of the northern border. The northern boundary is a wall of 4m high for the next house. The level of the western end of the ground house contains a hall, lounge, kitchen and double height space dinging. The level of this part of the house includes mezzanine office, guest bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the east side of the house. A double garage is located below them. The Light House also incorporates a range of green measures to reduce the environmental impact of the building, including: rainwater tank under the courtyard, heat pump on the service hot water, gray water diverter solar panel on the connecting roof, double glazing, triple cellular polycarbonate skin and rainwater system.
