Vintage-Inspired Waterfront Home With A whimsical touch
Vintage-Inspired Waterfront Home With A whimsical touch -

This beach house was inspired by shingle style classic 19th century summer homes, but has a touch of fantasy about it, from one unexpected blow to the roofline with bright blue shutters and bizarre weathervane. Polhemus Savery DaSilva designed by, it is between a golf course and a saltwater pond near the ocean. As a nod to the hobby of the owner, the shutters have cutouts shaped golf ball. The floor plan is organized around the view. All living areas and most rooms overlook the pond behind the house. There are many places to enjoy the view from the veranda to the terrace.
