Folded Roof House is designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune and located near Stockholm in a heavily wooded area. It is a one storey house with a roof folded asymmetrical plan reminiscent of the wings of a butterfly. The outer material mixes with a natural environment very well. The rooms are positioned at the gable ends and the living room is between, with an open façade. The interior also has a lot of natural materials and very good contemporary Scandinavian design.
