Modern Minimalist Beach House - Wave House by Tony Owen NDM -

This house was designed to capture the spirit of Sydney Bondi beach in a house that both beach house and urban-style housing. The line of the wave is the underlying element which passes through the house. It forms an entrance wing garage south and rises to give a greater height in the living room on the north end. kitchen areas, dining room and living are combined and overlook the garden. The centerpiece of the region is an integrated false waxed concrete work plan in the form of a molded September Hautes windows running the length of one wall, while a glass wall on the other side overlooks an elegant pool. Despite the abundance of glass, the neighboring houses are not visible. Because the glass is everywhere in the house, it is not surprised that the owner also has glass supply business. [Tony Owen NDM]
