A house in the middle of the century is not necessarily a traditional house in brown, beige and black with furniture mid-century, and the architect John Barthel proved. The first thing that surprises is a dramatic roof line: a pair of soaring folded angular geometric roofs which house two volumes turned living below and float effortlessly above the green site. The entry shows that it is a work of art with the Wall room divider painted by the architect. The furniture is bright and colorful, in a perfect style and harmony with each other.
