This house is located on the amazing site in the first line of a beautiful coast of Majorca. It is designed by Jaume Riera and Joan Francisco Barceló Ascoli architects in a very light and airy style. It is accessible to both the sea and a street back. The ground floor is designed to enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cabrera island nearby. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay and live in the house. The design is very well planned. For example, a large yard that the house is protected by service areas and walls from all sides. It has pine trees that were a site before construction.
