Italian minimalist house on a flat Open Space
House Sulla Morella is minimalist home designed by Andrea Oliva Cittaarchitettura. It occupies a flat surface about 60m away from the street. The house has a rectangular shape approximately 11 m wide, 34 m long and 6 m high. It consists of two visual elements: the concrete porch and finished with white plaster, and the main body inside it. Large windows that frame a beautiful landscape that surrounds it are protected by the depth of the porch in the summer. These windows have wood frames with laminated glazing so that they are protected against the cold winds in winter. The flat roof has solar panels that provides the house with electricity and hot water
