Apartment on the water -

The owner of the apartment wanted to get up in the morning to the sea. also wanted to be closer to the New York bar. The play of color, light and geography did the job.

The apartment is 150 m² personal spa where every window, long part of the main room and an important part of the roof are look toward the sea. Four windows moved together, could give the owner the possibility of past day under the clear sky. The interior is the play of colors blue, gray, black and white with natural and artificial light. This makes it seem glamorous and modern. Parquet add some meaning to the old style and warm inside, even though they are dark in color. parts of glass floor with blue light below are the feeling that the apartment not only sea view but are really on the water. As the owner said after the renovation: "I feel like I live in the sea, like I always wanted, while having as possible comfort”.
