4500 square feet Tropical house on a small lot, but with a garden - 
Designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects this home is located next to a walking street with stunning views of the coast of the Pacific ocean and Malibu. Its design is all about a careful space planning. The site is a narrow area of 60 × 30 feet, but it includes not only the house but also a garden. This garden is a green space in the center of the structure at the ground floor. On one side of this area is the children's room and the master bedroom with a bathroom. Not only Zen garden makes the interior to be closer to nature. There are lots of woodwork that also make for and adds a touch of home comfort.
