We're used to seeing dressed rustic wood chalets but this beautiful cottage by Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi in Rougemont, Switzerland is not a typical. This is not only rustic, it is a stylized fact of an elegant and chic way. Although there is a lot of wood in the decor, it seems difficult, but not smooth and beautiful. I love the use of green in the decor - it's soft and comfortable and reminds grass outside. Beige is calming, and crisp white creates a contrast. What makes it very cozy cottage is the use of wood and faux fur, and there is also a rough stone fireplace that still looks elegant.
