Two story single family home on the existing foundation of One Storey House
This project is a buckling of two family residence floors that was built on the existing basis of the one-story house. Located on a mountain waterfront near Genesee Park on Lake Washington home has stunning views of the lake. Everything is designed to maximize the views. Even the private fenced backyard depends almost on them. Walls around the living area allows to catch lake views through the house while sitting in the backyard. The exterior is clad in pre-stained, tight-knot cedar siding. The windows and doors are thermally decomposed aluminum with a custom dual pivot hinge wooden doors at the main entrance. [BAAN Design]
