This apartment is two units of the same room, one on the other, combined into a duplex house. The most unusual thing of this combination is a stainless steel blade half tube that connects two levels of the apartment. It starts on the top floor near the office, and lands below near both living areas and dining room. This slide is surrounded by glass railings custom designed with floor to ceiling windows with views of New York. This duplex penthouse is 2,400 square feet perfect place for work, play and live.
