Small Modern Beach House Design in Peru by Javier Artadi Arquitecto
This little beach house 2300 square feet in Las Arenas 100 km south of Lima. It is the perfect haven for beach designed in a modern style with a great connection between the inside and outside. Architects taken right rectangular container and cut some of its faces for control of sunlight and visual effects. These effects include weightlessness and freedom in the experience of owners. This container consists of living room connected to the terrace with indoor pool and a smaller container that hides all private areas. This modern house is one of those projects that were built in the early century, contributed to reinvent the architecture from the beach and has become a great holiday home for a couple of city housing and three of their children.
