Small guest and Games Design House that needs minimum maintenance -

20 × 20 is a small house of Bed designed to support other project by the same architects located in Calera Tango, Santiago, Chile. Company Felipe Assadi designed this house in the way that it needs only a minimum of maintenance. Despite that the house consists of two bedrooms each with bathroom, kitchen with bar, a living room that includes a pool table and game table. Materials chosen for the construction not only easy to clean and does not degrade, but also perfectly blend with the surround landscape. It also has transparent walls from floor to ceiling framing the nature around and make a more comfortable atmosphere inside. [Felipe Assadi]
