The house was built on the restrictive narrow lot overlooking the estuary of Noyack Creek tide. Like its exterior as its interior they are both done in a contemporary style primarily from natural materials. Its interior design is a loft with living areas and dining room combined. Natural materials are anywhere from wooden floors and ending with wooden furniture.
