Raw Concrete House Rufina high above the landscape
Each house or apartment is clean in his way, and now one by the duo of architect Santiago and Carlos Viale Daniella Beviglia has concrete slabs create umbrellas that resemble shutters open. Appointed house in La Rufina, the residence has been adapted to the local climate, where temperatures generally range between 18 degrees Celsius in winter to 30 in summer. The interiors are surprisingly Industrial: three bedrooms run along the front of the building, where they have the best views, while the kitchen and the bathrooms are hidden in the back. The raw concrete outside continues inside the building, but is contrasted against dark wood finishes for doors, windows and kitchen frameworks.
