Paco is the Japanese step in small houses. It is designed by Jo Nagasaka + Schemata Architecture Office and a house size of containers (3m). He brings a minimalist design in these houses-containers. Paco roof open and autonomous infrastructure which made it perfect to put in your garden or at your favorite surf. There are many similar small homes on the market and only time will show is there room for one more with different, minimalist design.
