This is a complete renovation of Xaio house at San-Yen Francisco. The design is definitely modern, the architects decided to make the plan of the house more open. Natural light was maximized due to giant windows. I love study where there is a traditional table and wardrobe and a chair absolutely futuristic white and red plastic. This combination is really cool! The furniture used is essentially modern; the color palette is quiet - beige, white, natural wood. I love the space right under the roof - there is a private area with a hot whirlpool. It is a fantastic place to relax after a hard day and the owners are hidden from neighbors. Studio Craig Steely Architecture did their best to make the house modern and functional
