This house is located in Dalkey and bounded by the sea and Dalkey Island. The house is designed in a modest style, but the site with a complex geometry. Single entry is designed to surprise visitors with spectacular views from the terrace on the other side of the house. It is protected against the sea by concrete framed structure and a tidal rock pool. The concrete walls are holding sea re-clad using old site granite rocks to create a continuous sea wall without interruption.
