Modern Design Interior Of Small Spanish penthouse with large terrace
The interior of this modern apartment in downtown Madrid is designed by the Spanish architect Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez. The architect has managed to use every centimeter of available space as efficiently as possible. The apartment is only 60 square meters inside, but also has impressive terrace of 50 square meters. Even if all the space is designed to be efficient and convenient, it also has a very nice look. It is dynamic because of all the curves that make the boundaries between fuzzy spaces. The lighting system is designed to illuminate every corner of the apartment to make it look more spacious. Using white as the main color walls and floors and help expand the space. The apartment is an excellent example of how even small living space can be very comfortable and luxurious.
