Lee Broom Takes His latest lighting collection on the road
Lee Broom thought of a clever way take his new collection of lighting on the road, literally aÌ. To launch optics, he designed the interior of his performance studio, aos van to resemble a traditional Italian palazzo, then installed black and white light for an overall dramatic effect.
Industrial van got done more with Broom, AOS signing gray, with Corinthian columns decorated the architrave details and stucco and bright floor to become the backdrop for new monochromatic light devices.
the van was then driven from Broom seat, AOS London all the way to Milan for Salone del Mobile to display in various places around the city, including Brera design District, Spazio Rossana Orlandi, ZonaTortona San Gregorio Docet, Ventura Lambrate, and more. The name idea, SOA? Salone del Automobile. Pretty genius.
The light globes have graphic, linear patterns in asymmetrical designs that change according to the angle considered. The design was inspired by Broom, clean design inspiration AOS early 0s when decorating her own bedroom with monochrome graphics.
