Irregularly shaped house with a small grove of eucalyptus and pine trees on the site
This residence is designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects on a generous plot of 10,000 square feet. Not all site was buildable because of its irregular shape and a small grove of eucalyptus and pine trees, but the house become a great project entirely anyway. The house also has an irregular shape and is divided into two wings, to maximize the views and reduce its mass. Thank you to this form and lots of windows almost every room in the house is connected to the outside and has access there. At the heart of the house is a large fireplace that starts in the living room then penetrates the exterior wall to become a feature of the wedge-shaped landscape and finally the pool wall.
