This house is a renovated family home to make it bigger and put a studio work there. There was not enough space on the site for this floor to subway was added to accommodate the studio. To do this, and to respect the laws of the city for the area, the kitchen had to be demolished, and all areas of services including the patio. Of course, all the spaces have been rolled in other places in the house. A basement was built between the property walls.
