P.A.T.H. home by Philippe Stark and Riko is the second generation of energy efficient prefabricated houses with a big emphasis on eco-technological systems. Its name means prefabricated houses accessible technology and incorporates, thermal systems and solar wind (concealed on the roof) to be mostly or completely off-grid. For prefabricated structures there is less waste, resulting in less material, meaning less construction time, lower costs. There are two models to choose from; Formentera, which is a concentric design of single storey, and Montfort, which is one floor or two floors house open to the outside.
