This house is a new development by a large lake . Located in one of the last parcels of undeveloped land on Lake Minnetonka, Locust Hills, this new home combines old world aesthetics with materials and a palette of colors derived from the native state of Pennsylvania and integrates customer several outdoor living spaces to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The customer wanted to achieve a sense of permanence and look as if the house had been there for a hundred years and thanks to such materials chosen architect was able to give life to this idea.
