Chic and simple Dune House Overlooking the beach
The World Architecture Festival has selected the Dune House by new Zealand Fearon Hay Architects as the winner in the category Villa. Nestled in the dunes of a popular beach home offers shelter and privacy, gross wealth and coastal calm. Despite stone and marble batches used in the design, the villa is very comfortable and welcoming thanks to the fabrics used in the decoration. The house leaves kind of philosophical and airy impression, it looks chic and simple. The villa is designed to provide both protection and prospects, with opening an armored glass translucent courtyard and terrace overlooking the beach areas.
