This 75 square meter two-bedroom home is a another small house on Skye made by rural design. Its budget was about £ 115,000. There is wood covered with a corrugated roof, industrial design follows through on the inside with a polished concrete floor, exposed structure and solid wood trim on the walls and ceilings. Rooms and other areas are accessible via a central living space, keeping traffic areas to a minimum, to make the most of small building footprint. Large openings were cut into the walls to make the most spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
