When you think of quilts, you might think about anything but modern, that could not be further from the truth. Quilting longer belongs to your grandmother as you'll see in this next show, Black & White, Twelve Quilts, where 12 contemporary quilters US and Canada will exhibit their work in New York.
The show runs from 12-15th May at 40 Ludlow Street New York City, and will feature the work of Maura Ambrose fiber Folk, Meg Callahan, Season Evans, Emily Fischer Haptic Lab, Coulter Fussell YaloRUN of Textiles, Mariah Gillespie, Lesley Now Lorena Marañon, Kiva Motnyk Thompson Street studio, Lindsay Stead, Pamela Wiley and Erin Wilson.
