Best of ICFF 2016: Part 1
2016 ICFF (International Contemporary furniture Fair) has concluded that offered a lot of modern furniture, lighting, the student work, textiles, and everything else. We scoured the two floors to find the best new design that will be hitting the market any time now. Here we start with the first installment of our favorites from 2016 ICFF.
We are huge fans of Flavor Paper, fans of wallpaper that always keep us looking forward to their next launch. Their latest happens to bring another favorite of ours in the mix - Wayne White - who designed two wallpapers wall type that feature his signature words on top of landscapes. This is only a fraction of the huge four-wall parts and said, "You just agree with me so I'll shut up"
Jamie Harris. displays these milky pendants blown glass that looked like melting glass.
paper devices resembling a molo design cloud hung like a mobile and gently moved that displaced air.
phloem studio showed the president of Cascade club, which has soft curves and can be covered with leather or wool blend fabrics.
IN.SEK started a new lighting collection was a year in the making. the new pendants mix poured concrete and wood.
Rosie Li lighting designer brilliantly in partnership with the VOLK furniture manufacturer to share a booth and their collections mixed harmoniously together.
The sofa that Mellow Océane Delain designed for Bernhardt Design was a winner and 2016 prices rightly ICFF Editors'. Its design allows users to adjust the firmness through a cable network under which also change the appearance of the surface.
Let the students in a class at the College Art Center of Design in Pasadena, California, design pieces, Bernhardt Design showed six models that were to be put into production. Occasional pieces are intended for informal workplace, but they could actually be used in the home.
We always like to see what Hinterland Design made and presented a set of new pieces stand. This painting was inspired by the two barrels and the old ice cream maker.

This piece is part bench, room table with its built-in padded area to rest along with plenty of space flat surface to define a glass or even books.

The Little Gem table now comes in a new color with a pink stain on the wooden base.
Nomon Home offers functional furniture designed to add comfort to your daily life. With a mid-century feel, the parts have surfaces to keep your accessories.
Kikkerland in partnership with The Container Store and RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) for its 9th challenge design where industrial design students are invited to design a product for the House. The winner of the honorable mention, Alex J. Woo, designed the Wrap USB charger that performs double duty by acting as a USB charger and a cable cover. The product will be sold at the Container Store soon.
The Crisp is a recessed luminaire Rich Brilliant Willing molded with a solid glass enclosure which has a surface corrugated facade.
