Cottage in a day
prefabricated houses have become more and more popular nowadays. They started small and simple and have become contemporary homes with everything needed inside. Cottage in a Day is the next generation of green homes, energy-efficient plant built on the basis of a square module of 14 feet. The chalets are constructed using structural insulated panels for floors, walls and roof, creating a highly efficient building envelope energy. It is available in different versions with various additional modules. It takes about 5 hours to assemble the modules and get ready to live the house. The project is designed by Michael Fitzhugh.
