before photo gallery designer based in Dublin Eoin McNally has created a collection of folding furniture, called CARAVAN, which was designed to be used both inside and out. The versatile table and chair began when McNally explored the "emotional value of adventure activities in nature," as a way to remind the user that you can have fun experiences when you get home too.
pieces are to go on adventures such as camping, picnic, or a party, and then when the event is over, you take them home for use, even raising an emotional connection between them and the user.
the pieces are made from ash wood, steel powder coated, oilcloth, and leather, and are designed to show the age over time as they are used.
