Innie & outie is a group of houses in Qingpu, Shanghai, China. The houses are built using typical basic construction techniques of the region, such as poured concrete and laying of masonry. Main long volume characteristics and linear masonry, while the towers have larger stones and squarer. A void in the center of the structure has a bamboo bouquet that not only adds a sense of organic beauty, but also creates a privacy screen. Inside the house, the effect of fragile leaves on bamboo softens outside minimalist social area design.
