Japanese architecture firm FORM / Kouichi Kimura Architects designed the house Promenade in Shiga Prefecture, Japan, paying a minimalist edge with industrial touches to this busy city street. unique moves from industrial side of the house from the outside in, where concrete walls and an upper deck loft give a commercial sensation. Measuring 89 ft. From start to finish, the interiors have a layout of the office, but offer a feeling of space, thanks to their open design concept and high ceilings. Instead of walls, living areas are separated by furniture, steps and recesses to expand the space. This house is full of beautiful, unexpected details such as walk-in windows and integrated elements. I love the colors play and mood lights that diversify the interior and make it look softer industrial minimalism.
