Todos Santos is a project that includes two open houses of nature. At the same they are safe because are used as holiday homes. The materials used in their construction are carefully selected to withstand the hurricane season and also require minimal maintenance. Basically, the house is an open floor plan for the common areas and the rooms are closed for privacy. Both houses have a similar structure. It consists of concrete match the natural color of the local dirt. Some walls are covered with "Talavera" to bring traditional Mexican architecture in its design. The floor plan is very easy and flexible due to the linear structure of each house. The simplicity of the floor plan matches the simplicity of the design of the exterior making it the ideal place to enjoy nature. [Gracia Studio]
